Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer for a rubber product manufacturer. This position requires your urgent attention.

the role

• Minimize unscheduled downtime and ensure smooth and continuous machine operation.
• Ensure timely and effective execution of preventive maintenance activities.
• Investigate root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct training programs and evaluate technician performance to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and control spare parts inventory levels to optimize usage and minimize stockouts.
• Lead and execute equipment modification projects and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

the experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in manufacturing environment.
